Feel great knowing you have already smashed a high intensity bootcamp session with TUF in the park this week or 2 or maybe even 3.

A great way to get fit, meet like-minded people, make new friends and most of all, have fun!

The workouts are varied, suitable for all abilities and include; boxing, circuits, speed sessions, core-flexibility, resistance movement and raw workouts, as well simple own-body weight sessions. Using your own body to train is easy, effective and delivers great results, and can be done anytime, anywhere!

TUF will ensure you are always doing the exercises safely and effectively, to the best of your ability. And you’ll find training with others within a group environment will encourage you to push yourself harder than ever before.

Tuesday No Training - Rest Morning.
Tuesday 19.00 - 20.00 Boxing fitness camp.
Wednesday 06.00 - 07.00 Body Weight training High intensity camp
Wednesday 19.00 - 20.00 Functional Circuit Training camp.
Thursday 06.00 - 07.00 Body Weight training High intensity camp
Thursday 19.00 - 20.00 Adventure Race training camp. 3-8km distance & Bodyweight Exercises
Friday 06.00 - 06.45 TUF HIIT camp
Friday Rest evening - No Camp
