Do I need to be fit to join Think Urban Fitness?
Simple answer No, all fitness ability are welcome at TUF camps. We will help you improve your health, fitness levels and body shape together as a team.

What can I expect from a session?
You can expect a fun action packed session covering all aspects of fitness. All this delivered in a friendly, effective and educational manner. All abilities are welcome due to the instructor being there to guide and encourage you every step of the way. From your first session you'll be made to feel at ease both from instructors and other TUF members alike.

Do the instructors shout at members?
No, Shouting is unproductive, TUF instructors encourage, teach, help, guide and motivate.

How many sessions a week should I be attending to get the best results?
3 sessions plus, per week would be great.

What happens if it's raining?
Think Urban Fitness, whatever the weather is doing we will is be training out on the ground turning and burning, rocking it, changing our body shape for the better. Don’t let the weather be your excuse not to train it’s too easy to say that. Be different train whatever the weather is doing.

What is the cost to become a member?
£40 per month unlimited, discounted rates are available when block membership is brought. Please go to our TUF Sign up page to see rates.

How can I pay for my sessions/membership?
Pay-pal – safe quick and easy or cash.

How long is each session?
Sessions are one hour in duration. Includes all activities along with warm up and cool down. We request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the session is scheduled to start if new member so we can answer any of your questions.

Do I need to check with a health proffessional before I start my sessions?
When registering for your FREE Trial Session, you will answer a health questionnaire which will pick up any issue if you need to check with your GP prior to starting any sessions with us.

Where do I keep my valuables during sessions?
We would advise you not to bring any valuables along to your sessions, however if needed your instructor will carry any small valuable items for the duration of the session.

What do I need to bring to a session?
All you need to bring is a good pair of trainers, positive attitude, smile and suitable outdoor training gear i.e. waterproof jacket, warm top both for before and after session because you will be too hot during the session.
