I have emailed to give you some feedback on one of your staff.The instructor Paul who runs sessions for TUF. I have been a member for over a month and Paul has been fantastic throughout. I told him in the first session that I was preparing for the Army Officer Selection Board and that I was struggling with press-ups. Paul helped me at the end of sessions to work on my technique and he has pushed me in his sessions to work as hard as possible. He genuinely seemed interested in my progress and it was great to know that I could ask him for help with my fitness prep. I passed the AOSB and without doubt Paul had a big part to play in that as he definitely built my strength and also my confidence in my fitness and abilities.
I have attended several other bootcamps, and Pauls classes are by far the best in terms of how he works and in the feel of the sessions as he has a great manner with his clients. He takes a lot of pride in his work and all of his sessions have been fantastic.

Hello, I just wanted to drop you guys a line to say a massive thank you. I joined with my husband and while puffing through the trial class spent the entire time cursing myself for ever thinking I could be a “bootcamp person”. However after the class ended I was craving more and we have been regulars ever since!
The timings and location are great but the key driver for our enthusiasm is our trainer. There aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe Paul but he is an absolute gem who somehow makes getting covered head to toe in mud and sweat a complete laugh from start to finish. Personally, he is entertaining, tough, knowledgeable, energetic and kind-hearted but the results speak for themselves. Not only are we 10 times stronger and fitter than we were but my husband has lost 15kg and his cholesterol has gone from 6.2 to 4.9.

When I told my husband and friends I had signed up for Boot Camp they laughed – a lot! You see I am a confirmed couch potato. I don't run (not even for a bus!) & have never stuck at any sort of exercise for longer than a week. But the time had come to finally shift my excess baby weight.
So with some trepidation I went to my first Boot Camp class. It was hard, really hard - but what really surprised me was I LOVED it! You never know what's in store - boxing? Own body weight circuits? Running around with beer barrels above your head? Pulling your fellow Boot Campers around in a sledge? We've done it all & more!!
So now four months in I go to Boot Camp twice a week, I run three times a week, I can now do full press ups & my proudest achievement to date - I can flip a tractor tyre!!
None of this would have been possible without Chris, he knows how to get the best out of you with his own unique motivational technique and no matter how hard the workout I always leave with a smile on my face!

I began training with Chris. I am amazed at how quickly my whole outlook on exercising has changed. Chris' enthusiasm and drive is infectious and training with him gives you confidence in your own abilities.
I am fitter, stronger and the physical change in my body is starting to become apparent.
I feel the best I have ever felt and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of having a personal trainer or joining a Boot Camp.

I have been training with Chris - mostly Boot Camp sessions and some personal training sessions.
Every workout is different, imaginative and definitely challenging but most of all fun.
Chris is a great motivator and knows how to push you to your limits and beyond. Expect tough work outs, expect pain (in a good way), but most of all expect results :-)

With my wedding looming in just five months, I realised I needed to get my arse in gear and get fit! I was bored of the gym and couldn’t quite motivate myself to get back into it, so when I saw an advert for Boot Camp, it seemed obvious to give it a go.
Five months later, I’m well and truly hooked, and my training plan is no longer just about getting fit for the wedding, it’s a long term way of life.
Chris has an ability to put you through your paces in a fun, enjoyable and motivating way. There’s no easy option, the sessions are tough, but you find yourself pushing yourself to your absolute maximum and you walk away at the end of a session beaming, feeling better than you ever imagined possible. Even in the pouring rain!
The results speak for themselves. I’m stronger, fitter and more toned than ever before, and even better, have made some fantastic new friends.
There’s a lot to be said for training outdoors. And there’s a lot to be said for training with Chris. I’d urge anyone to give it a go and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I thoroughly enjoy training with Chris. His technique is certainly firm but fair with a great ability to motivate and encourage a group, including supporting those who may need an extra push.
Every workout is different and his focus on variation and fun speaks volumes.
